about the project
In High Above The Ground project I aimed to construct a hanging life capsule on the viaduct's foot. I designed a life area where I have all the necessary living spaces and where I can earn money in my professional kitchen with selling quesadillas.
ABOUT QUESADILLA
about quesadillas
Quesadilla is a Mexican dish and a type of Taco consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese,meats and sometime beans and spices.Then cooked on a griddle.
A half is a single tortilla that has been filled with cheese and folded into a half-moon shape.
Traditionally corn tortilla is used. A full quesadilla is made with two tortillas that hold a layer of cheese between them.
It is generally served with guacamole and salsa sausages
